As a leading global online retailer, we ship thousands of orders daily all over the world. Purchase and enjoy our great service. We ship directly to your door. Below are our Shipping and Handing Timeline. We have put a lot of focus into making sure the items get delivered as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 4-20 business days from the date that it is placed.
Verification --> Processing --> Shipping --> Delivery
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
USA Warehouse: 1-2 business days
International Warehouse: It normally takes 4-7 business days for us to process your order. On average about 4 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
USA Warehouse: Free Shipping takes 3-5 business days. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days in USA and 5-12 business days for international.
International Warehouse: Free Shipment takes 8-15 business days, and Express Shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please refer to the table below for various delivery times to international destinations.
- After you make your payment, please allow 1-4 business days for handling, after which we will issue a tracking number for your shipment. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
- At the moment we offer Free Shipping worldwide with the fastest delivery time to the U.S. We offer shipping insurance to protect your package against any loss or damage. If you report any items missing, or other shipping issues, we will help you resolve your problems immediately.
- ThreadCreed partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, IB, epacket and EMS to offer quick and safe shipping methods:
- You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For Standard Shipping we ship your package by Express Mail Service (EMS), which takes 10-15 business days to most countries in the world. You can track your shipment on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. If you're located in the US, you can track your package on http://www.usps.com. The tracking number will usually be listed on these sites 1 to 2 days after we ship your products.
- For Express Shipping we ship by DHL/UPS/IB or other expedited shipping, depending on your location,regularly takes 3-7 business days.
- For Free Shipping we use our flat rate shipping method.

• Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it arrives safely. This may require additional shipping time.
• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
• It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
• ThreadCreed ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center. We are a Texas based company but some of our warehouses are located in China and Germany. This helps us provide the most competitive pricing and free shipping on our products.
Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".

- It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
- Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch.
